Incorrect file name is used for the icon representing .doc files #496

Originally reported on Google Code with ID 200

The icon file name used for MS Word files in repository browser is "file_word_16x16.png",
while the resources/ directory has the icon file named "file_doc_16x16.png". This leads
to displaying image placeholder in place of appropriate icon.

Patch attached.
