Cannot remove labels from Issues list

Impacted version: 4.22.0

Deployment mode: Tomcat using .war file

Problem description:

• I'm trying to remove a specific label from several issues. I selected them using checkboxes, opened the Label dropdown button and pressed the corresponding label, then nothing happened.
• The expected behavior is the label to be removed from the selected issues.

Currently labels can be only added from the issues list. However it seems to be useful if labels are removed when all selected issues have a same label and we choose the label from the dropdown box. I will consider to do it!
