Support 2fa for multiple sites #3

Currently only one secret is stored allowing only one site to work at a time.
Let's support multiple sites. For that, we will need to achieve following

  • Store multiple secrets with reference to website domain
  • Ability to choose the site for retrieving correct secret (either manually or automatically based on the url)
  • Select the correct secret for OTP based on the domain
