Empty start page for not registered users

Description

Using Bootswrapper works fine if logged in. But visiting the wiki anonymous only a white page with this source code is delivered:

<style type="text/css" media="screen"></style>

Steps to reproduce

Using Bootstrap3 Template and activating Bootswrapper.
If i change the template to a non bootstrap-template or deactivate the bootswrapper - all works fine.

Expected behavior:
See the start page of the wiki

See an empty white page
