Telemetry setting not touched by the installer
(Since someone also complained about the installer using not available powershell, IMO the easiest solution is removing the telemetry page and the regarding PS script from the installer.)
Steps to reproduce
install 3.4.3
disable telemetry
update to 3.5 RC1
try to disable telemetry
try to save settings
Screenshots
Did this work in previous version of GitExtensions
2. On save settings: System.IO.FileNotFoundException "File or assembly "Newtonsoft.Json, Version=10.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=30ad4fe6b2a6aeed" or a dependency was not found."
I haven't observed this. Do you have a stable repro?

I cannot reproduce it (anymore). It might have been caused by concurrent Windows updates in that old VM.
