Description

Currently, when an user types octoshift, it brings some descriptions for some commands but not all of them. Adding them will provide a great help on how to use the commands. In addition, it will be nice to add a link to a webpage where they can find the rest of documentation on how to use the tool.

Right now there is no webpage with docs - but we have an item near the top of the backlog (#68) to do that very soon. Adding descriptions for all of the commands though is something we should do right away as it's easy to do.
