Gravatar not updating

Howdy,

We've checked to be sure that indeed we have our logo on our http://twitter.com/sudomesh and http://github.com/sudomesh accounts, as well as a proper gravatar associated with the corresponding email address used for these accounts: https://secure.gravatar.com/profiles/sudomesh

Unsure why we are unable to get our gittip logo to update with it:

@wrought How did you manage to connect a GitHub organization account to your Gittip account ? That's not supposed to be possible, #2326 hasn't been merged yet.

Normally I'd tell you to log in to Gittip with your GitHub account, because that should refresh the avatar, but since you can't log in with an organization account I just refreshed it manually.

I think we converted the account from a user to an organization at some
point. That may have been the problem.
