Sleep Mode

Fargate and Aurora Serverless are expensive: it would be nice to evaluate what are the implications of setting the desired scale of grafana task to 0.

Acceptance Criteria

• set min scale to 0
• understand if it ever scales down to 0 (might not happen, as healthcheck happens)
• if goes to 0, measure scale out ∆t and if latency is acceptable from the user's POV
• if it never goes to 0, try fiddling with healthcheck interval and timeout
• report on potential cost saving.
