Add On Prem Example Dashboard

We're monitoring an on prem Raspberry Pi by making use of a Telegraf agent. It would be nice to add the telegraf config and the grafana dashboard to the sample folder.

Acceptance Criteria

  • export the JSON document for this dashboard
  • export the Telegraf config as config file
  • add a folder and the said files to the sample folder
