Inject ElasticSearch DataSource in Grafana at deploy

As a developer, I want the ES datasource available once Grafana is deployed. To do so, I need to inject the datasource at deploy time.

Dependencies

Acceptance Criteria

  • a datasource example for Elastic Search added at samples/
  • a step in the build pipeline that deploys said datasource to Grafana via its APIs
