Fonts included: https://github.com/gjb2048/moodle-theme_essential/blob/master/layout/popup.php#L40 - but not all settings retrieved: https://github.com/gjb2048/moodle-theme_essential/blob/master/layout/includes/pagesettings.php#L86-L92
