The original esbuild_deno_loader (0.8.1) supports "npm:" specifier, however, this code does not, which makes running code that uses NPM to resolve some modules a little difficult (since this module allows esbuild to be run on Deno code from node.js there is a good chance that the code it is being run on may use this specifier).

This means code such as:

import _ from 'npm:lodash';

produces an error:

✘ [ERROR] Do not know how to load path: npm:lodash
