Describe the bug
The first person pronoun "I" is not capitalized in contractions expanded by NLP.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://medium.com/@berniebleske/what-the-hell-are-we-going-to-do-about-the-boomers-2e1528728e1b
  2. Scroll down to "Speaking of money...".
  3. Towards the end of this paragraph, see
    Screen Shot 2019-10-03 at 1 47 34 PM

Expected behavior
The first-person pronoun "I" should always be capitalized.
