Update Compromise from v11.13.2 to the latest.

For now, replace the library in /lib. A separate issue will address how to automate future updates.

Since the latest is v12, a major revision which addresses some of my bug reports on Compromise, this will involve an experimental process of removing workaround code (hopefully it will be pretty obvious) and seeing if grammar tests still pass. This may resolve some bugs along the way.
