shared build lock between gleam and gleam lsp

after modifying files, can't instantly issue gleam check/build if lsp is being used, on medium project size with local dependencies
preferable the build folder for lsp would be different than for gleam

It already is! No state or locks are shared between the build tool and the LSP.
