I'm not sure how to resolve this in rebar land. Is it possible to specify this library works with stdlib 0.10.1 and 0.10.0

Oh I'm in mix. mix doesn't like the two versions
I think you'll need to ask the mix folks? Not sure how it handles rebar's versioning.
