After installation on localhost, first launch
in logs :
ERROR: PHP APC extension is not available

It should work without APC, try to run in development mode and check logs. I'll run a test installation without APC and update you.

I'm able to run without APC installed. Could you provide more details. If you see those errors only in error logs, you can ignore them. We're using apc as a cache for performance in production mode. Will change the error level in next commit.

Download fresh copy from github, works fine.
