in qasim map, add a PRECONNECT_COMMAND (for tunneling , etc.)

example:

REMOTE_HOST=localhost
REMOTE_PORT=17122
REMOTE_PRECONNECT=ssh -L17122:hidden.example.com:22 gateway.example.com -N
