ogn-decode sends invalid position data

From time to time we see beacons of this type:

This beacons is invalid, because the longitude exceeds the valid range specified for APRS beacons [-180,180]. In the example above we see 181°36,75".

It seems strange to have this type of issue as TheHague is reported to be standard OGN version software: RTLSDR-OGN 0.2.6.RPI-GPU
@pjalocha do you think you can have this type of issue in the code of the receiver? Fixed in 0.2.7?
