Malformed request when creating order or getting open orders #123

Issue Overview

Both of these were working yesterday, but now give me a malformed request error. I haven't changed anything either, from what was working yesterday.

Package Version: 4.6.2

Repro Steps

I tried to place either a market order or request current open orders

Restarting my computer resolved this. Must be some sort of timing issue? Is there a way to resolve this permanently?
