Provide a mount_pefs binary to allow mounting with fstab or automountd #43

PEFS lacks a /sbin/mount_pefs binary to allow encrypted file systems to be mounted at (late) startup (with fstab) or on-demand (with automountd). Would it be much work to add one to the port ? Do you know of any other way to use PEFS with fstab or automountd?

Thanks!

It would be trivial to copy the binary to /sbin but I wonder if it would have to be statically linked to work - do you know?

I'm more concerned about FS mounting order. ZFS case is particularly tricky. Perhaps it would make sense to look at what PCBSD did. I'm not sure if PEFS remains supported option.
