  • They are responsible for keeping the communication with the candidate until the guarantee period is over.
  • Responsible for undertaking the entire administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process.
  • Management of database for effective talent pooling.
  • They are usually responsible for working in a transactional stage where diligence is of utmost importance.

Recruitment Consultant

  • The main knowledge build up of recruitment consultant is primarily based on the labour market knowledge that he is associated with.
  • Have complete knowledge about client and candidate expectation and are associated in the process of designing the job posting description.
  • The networking of such individuals is quite extensive and effective at the same time. They can help a company to find the right professional within a limited period of time.
  • They can give useful insights as well as suggestions to the client company regarding the recruitment process and any upgrading that is required to attract the right talent.
  • They act as a bridge between the candidate and the company for effective staffing solutions.
  • They can be effective towards reaching out to passive candidates.

Hence recruiter and recruitment consultant deal in separate segments of functionality though in some instances certain tasks coincide. So the choice should be made according to the need.
