X-KEY should be rendered for the first segment

The HEAD of the repository doesn't currently print the X-KEY attribute for the first item of the playlist.
Here is an example from the RFC where the first segment already has a key.

@leandromoreira I can confirm this works with my contribution yesterday. I've created a test with the manifest mentioned by @gabrielfalcao and it works as expected now.
