After initial load "Ready", click "Dismiss", there is a brief period where the UI gives an empty list #132

After loading the app, and it signals it's ready and asks you to click "Dismiss".

Then for a few seconds you see the UI with empty data, which is quite scary. After a few more seconds the concepts load up.
