Each node needs it's own bind address. Neet to configure bind address in glowroot-central.properties. Seems to make sense to move bindAddress, port, https and contextPath to glowroot-central.properties since these are all related and are not applicable when running in servlet container. Also see https://groups.google.com/d/msg/glowroot/tPerBPIfT_g/WT5OMa5tAQAJ requesting to configure https flag in glowroot-central.properties.
