Figure out how to handle markers in filter-only sessions with no history #442

If there's no history window, there's no way to rename or delete markers.

It appears markers also won't be saved in the session since there's no parent timestamp in history for them.

Markers serialize fine in filter-only sessions now. But can't be interacted with.
