Fix GitHub CI Windows Build/Install issue work in progress:

The CI Build finish with success
- Included in commit e5faf6f
Fix the generated MSI Build / PortableApps
- The generated MSI Build / PortableApps are not working on Windows as there is following missing files:
  - Files shaders/waveform-compute.* are not present
  - Other dependencies missing ?
