It says to restart the idp and identity service. It does not, however, say that you need to stop the identity service and the idp service and start the idp service before start the identity service. The lack of clarity on this part of the process could cost even an expert some serious downtime.

@UniWrighte : I does other way around... I restart identity first and then do idp thing. Reason is... Gluu Server basically loads it's shibboleth configuration from velocity templates which are under identity radar. When you reload identity service... Gluu Server generate new files based on custom velocity templates. After that... just restart idp so Shibboleth can get what it want to get.

After talking with our support team, I went ahead and separated the two restart commands into two lines to emphasize our recommended order. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
