As a user I would like to manage apps lifecycle declaratively. When an app is removed from the system configuration, it should be uninstalled upon rebuild.

Needs grooming.

It should be relatively straightforward to compare installed apps vs declared list at build time and uninstall accordingly.
The flatpak installation live outside the nix store, so we won't be able to rollback to a previous generation of flaptaks by swapping symlinks.
