Firefox menu button should be moved to the toolbar

As the title says. Ideally this button would use a gear icon.

I think it can't be done in theme. Users need to download Movable Firefox Button extension and move the Menu Button manually - which sucks.

Right clicking on the menu or in the blank tab space shows a configuration popup where the menu can be turned off. When the menu is deselected, then it appears as "Firefox" in the tab bar area. This can be further customized in the Movable Firefox extension marb mentioned, or by using the "Firefox 4 UI Fixer" extension (which is what I use) @ https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/firefox-4-ui-fixer/

I think this request is outside of the scope of the theme.
