Web developer Inspect #51

Hi there, when using the tool Inspect under Web developer in the default theme from Firefox, it shows an overlay that help to focus, but when using Adwaita theme that overlay disappears. You can see what I mean here: https://plus.google.com/photos/114100695304094877311/albums/5720289000807222097
