Submit new versions of adwaita-firefox to addons.mozilla.org

Since you have new versions of adwaita-firefox, it should be pushed to addons.mozilla.org so that people who installed it there will get updates.

Sorry. I've been away on vacation, started a new job, and was traveling for business. Meanwhile, Mozilla has been updating Firefox's theme quite a bit, so it's been a little bit of a chore to update to the latest version.

I have something that is working on stable Firefox and plan to submit it soon.

Version 15.1 was just released to Mozilla's add-ons site. Hopefully they accept it soon!
