`dump` task will attempt transfer even if balance is 0. #794

I noticed that if you use the dump with a list of tokens containing the toToken, it will attempt to transfer even if the balance is 0:

Moreover, 0.0 WETH will be transfered to the receiver address 0x6C642caFCbd9d8383250bb25F67aE409147f78b2.
