Recover Safe: Token payment UX improvement.

When recovering a Safe with the upcoming token payment feature, you'll simply be able to select a token and see the fee amount.

For a future iteration on this flow we could pre-select a token as the payment method, which we know the recovering Safe has enough of a balance to pay for the recovery fee.

The general idea is:

• We keep this screen https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/RGQEV7F8KDJ#/screens/357639071 but we pre-select a token we know the Safe has enough of a balance to pay for the recovery fee.
• On that same screen we show columns: PAYMENT METHOD (token) | FEE | (safe)BALANCE
• User can tap on 'Change payment method' and see the list of available payment method (tokens). Again there we could show the three columns (payment method, fee, balance) + a description text on top: "Tokens without a balance can still be picked, but require a deposit in the next screen".
