allow finding qwt6-qt4 library. Some distros have added support for both qt4 and qt5 in qwt6, the common name the library uses appears to be qwt6-qt4. The pre-existance of the qwt-qt4 entry suggests this naming convention is reasonably standard (or at least this isn't a unique hack)

this is tested and confirmed functional on gentoo. I believe in addition to going into master it should propagate into maint as well. Not sure how many distros are adding qt5 support but it seems to be happening rapidly in gentoo right now and I know we are not the first.

Tested the build on a handful of different systems and setup. Nothing obviously bad happened, and it doesn't look like this should cause trouble.
