CouchDB 3.0.0 provides additional details for running replications: apache/couchdb#2292

It would be good to ensure that Kivik reports this properly.

I have done some minimal research on this. Honestly, this is part of the couchdb driver that is least tested (and probably least useful). It looks like the existing code should work fine with the new CouchDB changes, which mainly include pending and running replications in the _scheduler endpoint responses.

If anyone finds this is not working perfectly, of course, please open a bug.
