旧证书过期前5天至过期当天，新证书开始逐步放量用于应答和回调的签名。商户需根据证书序列号，使用对应版本的平台证书。目前是不是还没有处理新旧证书同时存在的问题，我看代码里没有做证书序列号区分证书相关的

已经处理过了，微信的证书是拿取最新的证书，支付宝的好像没处理过

如果新旧证书都生效的情况下，微信系统回调过来用的是旧证书，业务系统拿最新的证书去解析这时是不对的

确实是这样，这里应该存储所有生效的证书，然后根据微信系统回调信息，选择正确的证书
