In preparation for ggerganov/llama.cpp#2398. This changeset adds a new backend "llama-stable" to have a second version of llama pinned to well-known-to-work commits. This version will keep compat with `ggml` meanwhile we will consume `guf` file format as well. Signed-off-by: Ettore Di Giacinto <mudler@localai.io>
