Small PR to add an
--experimentsflag. It simply allows a user to very quickly see which experiments are enabled without having to look through dotfiles and/or.envfiles. This will be a useful debugging step for users who are using a shared Taskfile where a.envis enabling an experiment that they didn't know was enabled.
