buffalo version on scoop dan chocolate installer is not update

Description

create buffalo app from scoop and choco is not update.
version on scoop = 0.18.8
version on choco = 0.16.27

Expected
create buffalo app from scoop and choco get version same as here = 1.0.1

To Reproduce (from scoop)

1. scoop install buffalo
   To Reproduce (from choco)
2. choco install buffalo
