nmap 扫描结果，能正常扫描到主机存活。

goby 扫描结果
写法：10.192.11.0/24 （版本:2.8.2这种写法会导致探测不出主机存活）

首先会直接飙到50%，然后没有任何主机存活，导致不会扫描端口。

bug位置所在
如：10.192.11.0/24 （版本:2.8.2这种写法会探测不出主机存活）
如：10.192.11.0-10.192.11.255 （版本:2.8.2正常进行主机探测端口扫描）
