Feature request: Implemented features table

First of all thanks for your amazing work on this project.

It would be nice to know which features are implemented and which are not yet / impossible to implement (maybe a table in readme?).

I think this will be very helpful for everyone who is considering to use the emulator.

Have you read https://github.com/goccy/bigquery-emulator/tree/v0.1.20#status, it has details about the Queries available in BigQuery emulator. Or are you want to know BigQuery features other than Query ?

Yeah I saw query support and I also looked at the presentation and it mentions some features that are not implemented like BigQuery Storage API and loading from GCS.

So I was wondering if this info can be made more discoverable / up to date.

I was interested in load job from local file support, but can't find any info about it.
