It is not possible to specify the encoding in the console.

Unfortunately, the dotnet (build) program in my case gives the text encoded in 866, (except for changing the system language or deleting the resource folder it is impossible to fix it ).
gocd processes it most likely as utf-8.
Is it possible to somehow fix this on the gocd side?

So, I'll close this as a duplicate since there is history. You might have some luck trying to set the encoding (go.console.log.charset) as mentioned here: #4044 (comment)
