Describe the bug
Currently the placeholders for author name and biography are removed as soon as you click on the author name and biography RichText components. This creates a moment of confusion, as when I first add the block, I'm set in a RichText component with no clear indication of what I'm supposed to do next.

Maintaining placeholders on focus will ensure I know what to add to that RichText component.

Expected behavior
Both the author name and biography RichText components display their placeholders when the components are focused, using keepPlaceholderOnFocus.
