Describe the bug

On a fresh install of WordPress 5.2.2 running Twenty Nineteen theme, and CoBlocks built from master branch, the Dynamic HR block does not display correctly on the front end if the Line or Full Width style is chosen. The block behaves as expected for Dot style, and also displays as expected for the Line style in the editor view.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Apply Twenty Nineteen theme to WP site with CoBlocks installed
  2. Edit an existing or new page and add a Dynamic HR block and set style to Line or Full Width
  3. View the page in the front end, and not that Dymamic HR block is aligned right and has a backround colour block showing.

Screenshots
Block shows as expected in editor view:

Block left aligned with background colour block in twenty nineteen theme:

twenty-nineteen

Block displays as expected on front end with Twenty Seventeen theme applied

twenty-seventeen

Expected behavior
Block should display in Twenty Nineteen them the same as in Editor or Twenty Seventeen theme
