馃搩 Summary

Without the no-fetch flag, tartufo fails within the docker container but the documentation doesn't explicitly mention that this flag needs to be used.

Expected documentation

Usage of --no-fetch should be called out in cases where the command fails without it. Commands specified in the docs should work out of the box.
