Connection Error: A connection attempt, party did not properly respond

I host my server on a raspberry pi (with forwarded ports). And try to connect with my Windows7 computer

When I run the server and try to connect in game from my computer I get this error:

Connection error: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.

Weird thing is that my friends from outside my network are able to connect to the server.

Try connecting with an external IP or the Raspberry's LAN IP.

Already tried that aswell

Can you post the server log, please?

Unfortunately I was unable to copy the logs but I did take a look myself and noticed that my raspberry pi didn't have any logs from my computer trying to connect with the pi

Not sure what is causing this issue. Maybe something in your Pi is blocking local connections from your PC.
