Feel free to provide information about the current state of the project on this semi-official repository:

I am especially interested into the platform support, so about HTML5, mobile and so on. What works, what is tested?

iOS and Android are supported. HTML5 is not supported, since GDNative is unavailable in general on that platform. I believe it should just work(tm) once WASM GDNative support is added to the engine.

I'm not sure if there's much value in documenting the current state of godot-rust elsewhere. With the upcoming changes to GDExtension + possible support of WebAssembly in the future, such information might quickly become outdated.

Instead, I recommend to visit the page in the godot-rust book, which is dedicated to platform support:
https://godot-rust.github.io/book/faq/support.html
