About credentials

Sorry I cannot reopen issue #61, I have an additional problem, I cannot generate the metadata because also to access to WSDL during metadata generation needs credentials...

I have metadata generated with version 2.5.8 if they are not changed I can avoid to regenerate. Meanwhile server has introduced credentials.

At the moment is it not implemented a way to pass credentials

however you can use https://www.php.net/manual/en/function.stream-context-set-default.php that will allow you to send credentials.

I guess that you can hardcore it somewhere in the script to use to fetch the data (or to send a pull request to this project and allow to pass credentials by design)
