I agree with you about removing this one as it is a duplicate of http://purl.org/np/RAsYWGfeY7MW_tQMSEYNJePo7aR6gW0LuRRlDsdO8mU38.

I also agree with your suggestion e.g. adding "semantic model" as an additional FSR type to skos. Skos is both a knowledge representation language and a semantic model.

Hi both, yes SKOS is a both a knowledge representation language and a semantic model as it provides a standard way to represent knowledge organisation systems including vocabularies, thesauri, taxonomies. It is encoded both in RDF and owl.
